Based on the good reviews and the looks of this Duvet set I purchased this as an upgrade on an old comforter I was using. The Duvet cover looks of course good and is incredibly comfortable.
A few minor complaints:
- The picture represents a tri colored cover, with a lighter shade in the middle, a dark border at the edges of the bed, and a middle color draped over the side of the bed. In reality these colors are all approximately identical. I was hoping to find something with a minute variety in the colors and intentionally avoided ordering a particular color cover, but ended up with one anyones. That being said, it still looks nice and I'm holding it.
- I have a queen bed and ordered the Full/Queen size. The border lines (the U shaped accent) don't align with the edge of the bed like in the picture, but end a good 6 inches or so from the edge of the bed, so it is more of a design on the top of the bed instead of something that helps define the end of the bed. Again, not a major issue, but distinct than expected.
